All bookings that are purchased are refundable IF we or the act cancels. If you purchase tickets and can’t attend it’s non refundable. Please be aware acts can pull out last minute due to other contactual commitments we will make you aware if this happens and find a replacement if needed.

Entry to events may require ID and/or proof of age. Please check event details before purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing tickets. All refunds could take up to 30 days from the event date of date of event cancellation. Misuse may result in canceled orders.We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at any event promoted on our platform.
